• Shop domain and Shopify store information
• Fulfillment location data (names, addresses, coordinates)
• Routing rules and preferences
• Billing and subscription information

Order Data:

• Order IDs and numbers
• Shipping addresses (city, state, ZIP only - no customer names)
• Product SKUs and quantities
• Order values and shipping methods

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Automatically route orders to optimal fulfillment locations
• Calculate shipping distances and costs
• Generate analytics and performance reports
• Process billing and subscriptions
• Provide customer support
• Improve our services

4. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256)
• Access is restricted to authorized personnel only
• We maintain industry-standard security practices

5. Data Retention

• Operational data: Retained for 30 days

• Billing records: Retained for 7 years (legal requirement)
• Data is deleted within 30 days of app uninstallation
